From 13 to 63: DATPAQ Nearly Quintuples Its API Catalog

Two years of platform construction has enabled DATPAQ to grow its catalog of APIs to 63, after just launching with 13 in May. Nearly five times the APIs in just five months. All of which are constructed on the same Native Zero Trust foundation.

Five months, nearly 5x the catalog

In May, DATPAQ launched with 13 services. By midsummer we had doubled to 35. Today the catalog stands at 63 APIs, and every one of them was constructed on the same Native Zero Trust foundation as the first.

This pace is not an accident. We spent two years constructing the platform before launch so that adding a new API would be a manufacturing step, not a reinvention. Identity, rate limiting, and access policy live in the gateway itself. A new API inherits all of it on day one, with no bolt-ons and no security retrofit. The result: in five months we went from 13 to 63 and never once compromised on how agents and humans authenticate.

What's new: 28 APIs across four categories

This most recent release adds 28 APIs. They fall into four groups, each aimed at work agents are already being asked to do.

Finance and economics:

  • mortgage-calculator
  • interest-rate
  • income-tax
  • iban
  • vat-validation-and-rates
  • sec-filings
  • libor
  • gdp
  • unemployment
  • economic-indicators

Agents that can price a loan, validate a bank account or VAT number, pull SEC filings, and reason over macro data without scraping

Documents and content:

  • document-generation
  • document-convert
  • pdf-toolkit
  • ocr
  • structured-extraction
  • markdown-convert
  • translate
  • diffy
  • deslop
  • lorem-ipsum

End-to-end document pipelines: read a scanned file, extract structured fields, translate, compare versions, clean up AI-generated prose, and produce a finished document

Security and intelligence:

  • breach-check
  • tech-stack-detection
  • ping-human

Check exposure in known breaches, fingerprint a target's technology stack, and route a decision to a human when an agent should not act alone

Data utilities:

  • data-format-convert
  • encoding-convert
  • color-convert
  • web-search
  • logo

The connective tissue agents need between steps: format and encoding conversion, live web search, and company logos on demand

Two of these deserve a callout. ping-human gives an agent a governed way to stop and ask a person, which is what Zero Trust looks like when the actor is software. deslop strips the filler patterns out of AI-generated text, because agents should hand back work people actually want to read.

Why it matters: 63 APIs, one identity model

Most API catalogs grow by accumulation. Each new service brings its own keys, its own limits, and its own idea of who is calling. For an agent chaining five calls together, that is five trust decisions made five different ways.

DATPAQ is agent-native. Human and AI agent identity are treated as equal first-class citizens at the gateway, aligned with NIST 800-207. Every one of the 63 APIs:

  • Authenticates agents and humans the same way, through the same gateway
  • Enforces rate limits per API, so one noisy workflow cannot starve another
  • Is reachable from the DATPAQ CLI, the MCP server, and the Power BI connector without extra integration work

When an agent moves from an OCR call to structured extraction to document generation, the trust model never changes underneath it. That consistency is what makes agents reliable.

We have more in the tank

13 to 35 to 63 is a trend line, not a finish line. The same manufacturing process that produced this release is already working on the next one, and we are not planning to slow down. If there is an API your agents keep reaching for and cannot find, tell us. The roadmap is shaped by what builders actually need.

Every API in the catalog is available on the free tier today. Install the CLI, connect the MCP server, or open the Power BI connector, and put your agents to work.
