1. GDPR Disclosures (EEA/UK)

• Controller: DATPAQ is the controller of personal data processed in connection with the Services unless otherwise stated.
• Legal Bases: contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligations.
• Your Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; the right to withdraw consent; and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• Transfers: where we transfer data outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

2. CCPA/CPRA Disclosures (California)

• Categories Collected: identifiers (e.g., name, email), commercial information (e.g., subscription history), internet/activity data (e.g., log and analytics data), and inferences derived from usage.
• Purposes: to provide and secure the Services, analytics, billing, debugging, and product improvement.
• Sharing & "Selling": We do not sell personal information as the term is commonly understood. If our use of analytics or advertising technologies is considered "sharing" or "sale" under California law, you may opt out as described below.
• Your Rights: know (access), delete, correct, portability, limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information, and opt out of sale/sharing.

3. Opt-Out & Authorized Agents

California residents can opt out of sale/sharing or limit the use of sensitive personal information by contacting privacy@datpaq.com. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority and, if required, user verification.

4. Appeals & Complaints

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response and stating "Appeal" in the subject line. EEA/UK residents may also contact their supervisory authority.
